First Things First

This Sunday's message in our "God at Work" series is "First Things First" from Ezra 2:68-3:6. The first thing the Israelites who returned from exile did was re-build the altar of God and offer sacrifices. It is through the sacrifices they were able to approach and meet God. Though we don't meet God at a stone altar, we still meet God through sacrifice--His and ours. This passage speaks to us about how we approach and walk with the living God.
