GROWING UP in Christ

When we are born again through faith in Christ we begin to live a new life that endures into heaven. The apostle Peter encourages us, "Like newborn infants, desire the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow up into your salvation." Following birth, there should be growth and this growth comes through the Word of God. Peter shows us how the Word of God is wonderful and powerful. May we treasure it, desire it, and grow by it!
